How does it work?

To Eat Sunny you have to make two choices: 1 Choose your start date 2 Choose the a la carte, vegetarian or signature plan 3 Choose three or five days if you choose vegetarian or signature, then pick your meals.

When are your order deadlines?

To Eat Sunny by Monday, you will need to place your order by the previous Thursday at midnight. Three days worth of freshly-prepared food will be delivered straight from our kitchen to your door on Sunday. Another two day’s worth of food will be delivered to your door on Wednesday if you have chosen the 5-day plan. If you would like to Eat Sunny starting Wednesday, place your order by midnight the previous Sunday at midnight. Please check our delivery schedule for more information.

How many calories are in a meal?

While we don't encourage calorie counting, we do understand that our customers want nutritional information about our meals. Most meals are between 300-450 calories and a full day on the plan comes to about 1400 calories. You can find nutritional information about most meals by clicking on "Nutritionals" on the upper right hand side of each menu item.

Can I omit certain foods like dairy or gluten?

You can pick your meals to fit your eating preferences. Most of our meals are gluten and dairy free but many of our meals contain nuts and seeds (because they are so good for you) so that is a harder preference for us to accommodate.

I don’t have to cook anything?

No cooking. Just heat and eat, or dress your salads with our beauty-boosting dressings before enjoying. That’s it.

Can I subscribe to weekly deliveries? And what do I do if I need to pause my plan?

Yes, absolutely. And by subscribing you get an automatic 10 percent off your order. You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime after your first order, just make sure you do it before the Thursday midnight and Sunday midnight cut-off times.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the food?

After food has been ordered and cut off time to cancel delivery has passed, we can not provide refunds. If something in your order is not satisfactory, please let us know at support@eatsunny.com and we will do our best to replace the item. Your happiness and satisfaction is our goal!
